4. Isolation – Use tweezers to separate one natural lash at a time.
5. Application – Dip extension into adhesive and place 0.5–1mm away from lash line.
6. Repeat Process – Continue lash by lash until desired fullness.
7. Cure Adhesive – Use nano mister or fan to set adhesive.
8. Check & Brush – Ensure no clumping, brush through, adjust for symmetry.
9. Aftercare Advice – Avoid water/steam 8 hours,no oil-based products, refill every 2–3 weeks.
Eyelash Extensions Removal
1. Prepare Client – Recline comfortably, eyes closed.
2. Protect Skin – Place under-eye pads/tape to cover lower lashes/skin.
3. Apply Remover – Use professional cream or gel remover only on bonded areas.
4. Wait & Dissolve – Allow 5–10 minutes for adhesive to break down.
5. Remove Extensions – Gently slide off with tweezers or brush (no pulling).
6. Clean Natural Lashes – Wash with lash shampoo/cleanser to remove residue.
7. Rinse & Dry – Pat gently, brush through natural lashes.
8. Final Check – Ensure no adhesive or extensions remain, lashes are healthy.

Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent synthetic, silk, or mink lashes that are applied one by one to your natural lashes using a special adhesive, giving you a fuller, longer lash look.
With proper care, eyelash extensions last 4–6 weeks, but we recommend touch-ups (refills) every 2–3 weeks to keep them looking full and fresh.
Yes — when applied by a trained professional using high-quality adhesive, they are completely safe and won't damage your natural lashes.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes (no mascara, eyeliner, or oil-based products). Avoid caffeine right before your appointment to keep your eyes relaxed.
A full set usually takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the style you choose. Refills take about 45–60 minutes.
Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 8 hours to allow the adhesive to cure fully. After that, you can shower and wash your face as usual — just be gentle.
• Brush them daily with a clean spoolie.

• Use oil-free makeup remover and cleansers.
• Sleep on your back if possible to avoid crushing them.
You usually don't need mascara. If you must, use water-based mascara on the tips only. Avoid waterproof products, as they are hard to remove and can damage the extensions.

No — professional removal is highly recommended to protect your natural lashes and avoid irritation.
Not at all! Most clients find the process relaxing and even take a nap during their appointment.
Yes. You can keep them in during the appointment, but some clients prefer to remove them for comfort.

1. Deposit Requirement
• A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Please make payment via PayNow to 83632222 within 2 hours of booking.
• Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
2. Lateness Policy
• Please arrive on time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation & Changes
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Any cancellation or change of timing will result in a forfeited deposit.
• Please book only when you are certain of your date and time. (No impulsive bookings.)
4. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling is only allowed up to 5 days before your appointment date.
• Requests to reschedule within 5 days of your appointment will not be accepted, and the deposit will be forfeited.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation . These policies ensure fairness to both our clients and our team.
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the studio.
Our medical suites contain fragile medical equipment and supplies, our artists are unable to perform services safely while a child is in the room without direct supervision. If you are receiving a service, you are unable to provide necessary supervision. This is for your child's/children's safety as well as your own.
We offer a range of services, but many of our clients enter the spa with the intention to relax. To maintain a quiet environment for those in the waiting area and in-service, we ask that you leave all children under the age of 12 at home when you come to receive a service.
We provide a complimentary touch-up session to ensure the best results for your treatment. Please read and agree to the following terms before confirming your appointment:
1. Appointment Confirmation
• Once your touch-up appointment is confirmed, the schedule is final.
2. Lateness
• Please arrive on time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered completed and no rebooking will be offered.
3. No Cancellations or Changes
• Once booked, changes to timing or cancellations are not allowed.
• Rescheduling is not permitted for free touch-up sessions.
Any additional touchup adjustments made AFTER the second session (included touchup) will incur service charges and a $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment. Non-refundable deposits are required to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
